2. Liability for shipping issues: While we strive to provide reliable shipping service, we are not liable for items that are lost or stolen during transit.
We recommend selecting a secure shipping location.
3. Filing a claim with the post office: We recommend that you promptly contact your local post office or carrier to file a claim
4. Address accuracy : Updating your address - It is essential to keep your shipping address updated in your account. If an order is sent to the wrong addressee to an outdated or incorrect address in your account, you will be responsible for the cost of re shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
5. Importing taxes and duties- International customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes, customs duties, or fees related to the delivery their order. Please consider these additional cost when making purchase, as they may vary from country to country.
6.Items not picked up by customs: If items are not picked up by customs and are returned to us, you will be eligible for a refund only if the items are in acceptable condition.
However, please be aware that a restocking fee will be deducted from the order cosy to cover restocking expenses. The expenses fluctuate based on the amount of items in your order, expect between $10 - $25, although those rates are subject to change with no additional notice.

At Self Heal Apothecary , your health and safety are our top priorities. Because our products are handmade supplements and cosmetics, we do not accept returns. This is to preserve product integrity, comply with health regulations, and ensure that every item you receive is fresh, pure and uncomprimised.
Once the products leave our shelves we cannot be sure products have not been tampered with. we do not risk reselling returned items to protect your well being.
WHAT TO DO IF THERE IS AN ISSUE.
We understand that issues can happen. Here's how we handle them:
* Wrong item sent: If we mistakenly sent you the wrong product, please contact us within 24hrs of delivery so we can resolve promptly.
* Defective or faulty: If you received a faulty product, notify us within 4 days of delivery. If it is our oversight, we will provide a refund or replacement.
